After preparing the package it will be handed over to GLS. They will contact you with a track and trace code by mail.

RETURNS

You can register the order for return up to 14 days after receipt via our return form. You will receive an email with approval of your request and further steps.

After approval of the return request, you have 14 days to have your item delivered to us unused and in its original packaging.

We will refund the amount of the product within one month of receiving the return , provided it is received back in good condition.

The cost of the return is at your own expense. Treat the product with care and make sure it is well packaged when returning it.
